Fragrance 101: What’s the Difference?

Ever wondered what sets Eau de Parfum apart from Eau de Toilette or Eau de Cologne? It’s all about concentration — the amount of fragrance oils in each formula, which affects how strong and long-lasting your scent will be.

Parfum (Extrait de Parfum) – The richest and longest-lasting, with 20–40% fragrance oils. A little goes a long way.

Eau de Parfum (EDP) – 15–20% fragrance oils. Deep, luxurious, and lasts most of the day — perfect for signature scents.

Eau de Toilette (EDT) – 5–15% fragrance oils. Lighter and more refreshing, great for daytime wear.

Eau de Cologne (EDC) – 2–5% fragrance oils. Soft and fleeting — ideal for a quick refresh.

Each type offers a unique experience — Splenderma crafts eau de parfum because it is long-lasting, yet doesn't break the bank!
